Dr. Sara Strohmeyer, DC
After years of struggling with migraines and finding no relief from conventional treatments, Dr. Sara discovered chiropractic care—and within just a few adjustments, her migraines were gone. That experience inspired her to change her career path and become a chiropractor.
She graduated in 2015 and began treating families, but it was after her first pregnancy that she truly understood the importance of chiropractic care during pregnancy. She went on to become Webster-Certified and earned her Perinatal Certification.
Dr. Sara has continued to expand her knowledge in postpartum support and pediatric chiropractic care, and her true passion is helping moms and their kids.
When she’s not in the office, she’s chasing after her four kids—Olivia, Roderick, Mia, and Harper. You can usually find her freezing at the ice rink while Roddy plays hockey, taking Olivia to gymnastics, or keeping up with the twins, who are constantly on the move!

Dr. Audrey Russell, DC
Dr. Audrey began her healthcare journey as a nurse, but it wasn’t until she experienced the power of chiropractic firsthand that her path became clear. During her pregnancy, she struggled with pain that nothing seemed to help—until she found chiropractic care. Then, when her newborn son went days without a bowel movement, one gentle adjustment brought him immediate relief. Those moments shifted everything for her. She knew she wanted to help other moms and babies find the same kind of natural relief and support.
She graduated from Logan University in 2019 and hold certifications in Webster Technique and pediatric chiropractic care. Now a mom of five, she's passionate about providing holistic, family-focused care and helping people discover just how good their bodies are meant to feel.
