Dr. Sara Strohmeyer, DC
After years of struggling with migraines and finding no relief from conventional treatments, Dr. Sara discovered chiropractic care—and within just a few adjustments, her migraines were gone. That experience inspired her to change her career path and become a chiropractor.
She graduated in 2015 and began treating families, but it was after her first pregnancy that she truly understood the importance of chiropractic care during pregnancy. She went on to become Webster-Certified and earned her Perinatal Certification.
Dr. Sara has continued to expand her knowledge in postpartum support and pediatric chiropractic care, and her true passion is helping moms and their kids.
When she’s not in the office, she’s chasing after her four kids—Olivia, Roderick, Mia, and Harper. You can usually find her freezing at the ice rink while Roddy plays hockey, taking Olivia to dance, or keeping up with the twins, who are constantly on the move!

Dr. Audrey Russell, DC
Dr. Audrey began her healthcare journey as a nurse, but it wasn’t until she experienced the power of chiropractic firsthand that her path became clear. During her pregnancy, she struggled with pain that nothing seemed to help—until she found chiropractic care. Then, when her newborn son went days without a bowel movement, one gentle adjustment brought him immediate relief. Those moments shifted everything for her. She knew she wanted to help other moms and babies find the same kind of natural relief and support.
She graduated from Logan University in 2019 and hold certifications in Webster Technique and pediatric chiropractic care. Now a mom of five, she's passionate about providing holistic, family-focused care and helping people discover just how good their bodies are meant to feel.
Kaitlin Strohmeyer

Kaitlin Strohmeyer is our Operations Manager and proud mom to her daughter, Aubree. She’s the glue that keeps our practice running smoothly, so if you have questions about insurance, scheduling, or billing—she’s your go-to! When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her hanging out with Aubree, taking her to dance, doing crafts, or soaking up the sun by the pool in the summer.
Dr. Andi White, DC

Dr. Andi's journey as both a mother and practitioner has shaped the way she cares for others. Her oldest child was born with a congenital heart defect, and over the years they’ve navigated sensory challenges, eating issues, PT, OT, and speech therapy. Those experiences taught her the importance of balance, advocacy, and surrounding ourselves with people who bring different knowledge and perspectives to help kids thrive.
She graduated from Logan University back when it was still Logan College of Chiropractic, and I’ve spent many years in practice helping families work toward better health and balance. The technique she uses most is Neurolink, and she also utilizes muscle testing to help guide adjustments as well as food, environmental, and possible sensitivity testing.
She truly believes we all do the best we can, taking life one day at a time, and that supporting the body’s balance can make a meaningful difference for the whole family.
Dr. Natalie Wooldridge, DC
A little bit about Dr. Natalie... Growing up as a competitive dancer, Dr. Natalie experienced a lower back injury that led her to seek chiropractic care. Through precise and thorough treatment, she was able to return to dancing almost immediately. That experience made a lasting impact and inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic.
Dr. Natalie is passionate about helping her patients improve their health and find pain relief through all transitions of life. She completed her education at Jefferson College and Logan University, earning an Associate of Arts, a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, and ultimately her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2025.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Natalie enjoys trying new restaurants around the St. Louis area with her boyfriend, spending time with family, and unwinding with reality TV.
