What is The Webster Technique and how can it help me?
The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic approach for pregnancy. This technique has been designed for moms! The goal is to optimize pelvic function: decreasing nervous system stress and balancing the bones, muscles, and ligaments of the pelvis. Regular chiropractic care during pregnancy decreases discomfort and improves labor and delivery.

How soon can I come in after having my baby?
You are welcome to schedule a visit as soon as you feel comfortable after delivery. We understand that every new mother’s recovery timeline is different, and we are prepared to provide gentle, supportive care tailored to your postpartum needs. If you're unsure about when to come in, we can discuss your situation over the phone or during a pre-scheduled consultation.

My baby is breech. When should I come see you?
If you discover that your baby is in a breech position, we recommend coming in to see us as soon as possible. Chiropractic care can be a beneficial part of prenatal care, and specific techniques can help optimize pelvic alignment and nerve function, which might contribute to a more favorable position for your baby.

When can my baby be adjusted?
We can perform chiropractic adjustments on your baby immediately after delivery, provided there are no medical contraindications. Newborn adjustments are extremely gentle and can support your baby’s health and wellness right from the start. These adjustments can help alleviate potential birthing stress, promote better sleeping patterns, and support overall well-being.
